About me

I am Agustina Salinas, psychologist and wellness coach living in Zurich (Switzerland).

I was born and raised in Argentina where I worked as a Clinical Psychologist. After several professional experience in my country, specially working with anxiety, depression, distress management and relationship issues, I decided to emigrate to different countries (Spain, Germany and Switzerland), circumstances that allowed me to develop a deeper self-knowledge, learn from adversity and rebuilt my life...the life that I choose to live. 

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Contextual Therapies and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Throughout my career, I have expanded my knowledge to different perspectives with the goal of constant growth and updating in effective treatments. I currently work from the Integrative therapy approach selecting what best suits to each particular client, with emotional processing and interpersonal relationships playing a key role in my practice.

I seek to promote satisfaction and fulfillment with and in life, as well as a fruitful relationship with oneself and with others. By combining my technical knowledge, my experience with a wide variety of people, and the empathy I feel I have thanks to my own history, I believe we can work together to try to move toward that life.
